A few years ago, a wonderful client asked me if I would ever consider writing a booklet of the questions I would give them each week to ask their teams. These questions were a way to gauge the pulse of the team, uncover potential obstacles and bond more deeply with team members…without the interaction becoming like a therapy session.

Each Tuesday, I will send you one of those questions with a brief story or explanation why this question is a powerful tool. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to ask the question of your team. This practice takes both courage and care, and can save you hours of “fixing-it” time.
